Privacy policy
How Next T-Shirt Custom Store handles the information you give us.
What we collect
When you order or ask for a quote we collect your name, business name, email, phone, delivery address, the sizes and colours you want, and the logo or artwork you send.
How we use it
Only to make, deliver and follow up on your order: to send proofs, take payment, ship, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information.
Deals and new arrivals
We only send deals and news by email if you ask for them, by ticking the box at checkout or signing up at the bottom of the site. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can ask us to stop at info@nexttshirt.com. We send these emails through an email service such as Square Marketing or Mailchimp, which receives only your name and email address. We do not send marketing text messages.
Who we share it with
Square processes card payments; we never see or store your full card number. USPS receives your shipping address and package details to calculate and deliver shipments.
Your logo
Artwork you send is used only for your orders. A logo you try in the preview on our homepage stays in your browser and is never uploaded.
Cookies and browser storage
The site keeps your cart and the design you are working on in your own browser, so a reload does not lose them. These are needed for the site to work and are never used for advertising.
We may use analytics and marketing cookies, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to see how the site is used and which of our ads bring people to it. They are only switched on if you choose “Accept all”, and you can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Google and Meta process this data under their own privacy policies.
Square sets its own cookies on its secure payment page; see Square’s privacy notice.
Your privacy choices
We do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of targeted advertising with “Cookie settings”. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.
Your rights
You can ask us to see or delete the personal information we hold about you, except what we must keep for tax, legal or accounting reasons. Email info@nexttshirt.com.
